Shipping policy

**Orders are sent on a Monday and Thursday** 

Please be aware that postage rates will be changing after the last posting day (21st December 2021) 

International shipping costs are increasing significantly due to my currently information being completely out of date. 

However the new rates will include tracked shipping.

FREE UK SHIPPING

While Free Shipping applies to most of our product there are a few exceptions. The following items incur a standard parcel rate charge.

UK ORDERS

We currently Ship on a Monday & Thursday. Unless that Monday is a Bank Holiday at which point the orders will be dispatched on the Tuesday.

Orders placed before 2pm on a Monday and Thursday are generally shipped same day via Royal Mail or they will be sent on the next posting day.

All orders are sent 1st class and should arrive within 1-3 working days. However, please allow up to an additional 10 working days. After which the package can be considered lost at this point please contact us. 

If packaged exceed the normal carrier weight for royal mail then your order will be sent via courier. If your package is over 2Kg in weight please contact us for a courier cost. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders placed before 2pm on a Monday and Thursday are generally shipped same day via Royal Mail or they will be sent on the next posting day.

As from January 2022 all international order will be shipped on a tracked service.

Normal delivery is 7-10 working days. However, please allow a further 25 working days (35 working days from date of dispatch). After which the package can be considered lost. At this point please contact us.
